The Illinois ACA is providing this free professional development event specifically focused on the legal realities of ‘church and state’. This seminar will examine the current state of religious liberty in the public school setting with the goal of helping public school teachers and leaders navigate the realities of living in a multi-faith society. Topics will include the first amendment, civic engagement, and balancing personal faith and public service.
